About Ruby Louise
On February 25, 2024, Ruby Louise Dylan earned the title of Miss Seattle’s Teen 2024. Ruby Louise is a strong, dedicated, and talented young woman who is ecstatic to represent the city of Seattle. Her Community Service Initiative “Speak Up! The Importance of Communicating with Confidence” focuses on life-readiness skills and the importance of effective communication skills.
Ruby Louise started competing with the Miss America Organization through the Miss West Sound program in the summer of 2023, and has since earned almost $2,000 in scholarships! Ruby Louise has aspirations of attending University of Washington after high school to continue her cheerleading career with the Huskies.
Ruby Louise spends her time with her emotional support animal. A dog named Penelope Louise (Penny), whom she rescued from the Kitsap Humane Society in April of 2023. Penny helps Ruby Louise to cope with her anxiety, depression, and ADHD. 3 Diagnoses that she advocates for and does not let slow her down!
