The Miss Seattle Scholarship Program is open to young women in the State of Washington who are interested in serving in a leadership role that fosters community service.

To participate, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• You must be a citizen of the United States.

• You must be at least 17 years of age, and no more than 24 years of age, as of September 30, 2011.

• You must live, work or go to school in the State of Washington.

• If you do not currently attend school and have recently moved to Washington, you must have at least six months of residency prior to November 14, 2011.

• You must have a talent that can be performed individually live on stage for 90 seconds.

• You must have always been female.

• You must never have been married.

• Pageant date is March 3, 2012.

• Deadline for application is December 23, 2011.
